HCOSC works in partnership with Pitchero our service provider to in the administration of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without the consent of the user (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).
HCOSC MEMBER PROFILE
HCOSC will collect and use member details for billing purposes, to anticipate and resolve problems with this web site, or to create and inform you of news and events. You may opt out of newletter emails. HCOSC is not liable to users who intentionally provide incorrect email addresses. User profile passwords are encrypted to industry standard. No credit card information is stored.
LOG FILES
Pitchero use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

If a user wishes to subscribe to Sport and Social Club's newsletter, contact information such as name and email address will be required.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Personal information collected on Sport and Social Club is stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies (Thawte SSL certificates) when transferring and receiving sensitive consumer data (such as credit card numbers) exchanged with our site. Credit card information is not stored in our database.

LEGAL REQUESTS & EMERGENCIES
We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and demands for information that are made under force of law. CORRECTION/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
With the Sport and Social Club User Profile, if personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), the user is responsible for making these changes him or herself. This can be accomplished by logging into to your profile and using the "edit profile" option.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional emails may opt-out of receiving them by following the unsubscribe instruction provided in the email. Those users, however, will still receive league-essential emails, including, but not limited to, schedule, venue, rule changes and disciplinary notices.
If you have any issues unsubscribing through the automated process we include in promotional emails: please don't get angry with us. Sometimes computer stuff just doesn't work correctly, no matter how hard we try. We will be more than happy to remove you manually in a very timely manner, just drop us a line to our customer service email account and be sure to include the email address to which you are receiving our communications.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes at your player profile page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
Information that is gathered from visitors
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the Pitchero server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
