Entries are now open for the next round of our EFL Championship based Last Man Standing competition, though like our beloved Tigers, we’re also taking a well earned International break, so there’s a bit of a gap between now and the actual competition start date!

The rules of the competition are as follows:

• The competition is open to all supporters.
• The next round begins with matches taking place over the weekend of Friday 1st November to Sunday 3rd November 2024 inclusive.
• Entry fee is £2 per pick. Entrants may choose more than one pick – each being £2.
• Competitors may only pick a team from the Championship taking place on a Friday to Monday.
• Competitors can select each team only once – you must change your team each week
• Pick(s) must be received by 5pm on the day before the first match of the weekend (usually by 5pm Thursday.) Once you pay your entry fee, you’ll receive confirmation and given the relevant email address or mobile for you to send your choices to.
• Failure to pick a team will result in the competitor being automatically allocated the most common pick of the week. If you’ve already had that team in previous weeks then the second most popular team choice.
• If the competitor’s team fails to win then the entrant is eliminated from the competition.
• After the first week only, entrants may, if they so wish and once only for each pick, pay an additional £2 to remain in the competition, should their team fail to win.
• LMS will be suspended during FA Cup weekends and during the international breaks.
• The competition will run until such time that there is only one competitor left standing and they will be the winner!
• Should all remaining entrants’ picks lose or draw meaning there is no Last Man Standing, all of those competitors continue to the next week.
• At the end of the season, if the competition is not won then the winner will be identified using goal difference of the teams the entrants chose during the round. If this still results in a draw then goals for will determine the winner.
• The prize is 50% of the entry fees received. The other 50% will be donated to our chosen charity which is currently the Tigers Trust. We will publish updates via our social media accounts throughout the competition.

Please ensure that your pick(s) are emailed to lms@hullcityosc.co.uk before 5pm on the day before the weekend’s matches for the duration of the competition. Alternatively you can text your pick(s) to 07896 782917, starting your text with LMS followed by your name and then your pick(s).
